All Rental Application(s) must be submitted electronically through Zillow. Prior to filling out an application via Zillow, please read the following:
Proof of income required, you must make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example: If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month). If more than one tenant is applying, you must show the combined income is $2,500/month.
Any person over the age of 18 who plans to live in the apartment, must be on the application.
